Coach parking is free in rue du Clos Lucé, 300 m away. A private car park, 300 m away, is paying and, according to the official page, open from April to August depending on attendance. Other car parks are in Amboise. We could not confirm any parking price.
The nearest station is Amboise. Direct or one-change trains from Paris Austerlitz take roughly 1 hour 45 to 2 hours depending on the train, a figure we did not re-check: use SNCF Connect. You can also take the TGV from Paris Montparnasse to Tours Saint-Pierre-des-Corps and a TER of about 15 to 20 minutes. The official page leaves the walking times from the station blank. The Château d’Amboise site says its own entrance is 10 minutes on foot from the station.
There are two bike parks with small lockers in the park, and charging points in the car park of the Château Royal d’Amboise (rue Victor Hugo).
